What are the differences between a site administrator, client administrator and an analyst?

Site administrators can access the Reporting Interface and the Management Dashboard to edit all content and settings on the site, in addition to having specialized engagement rights like those of Client Admins.

Client administrators can add value to the online conversation in a way that identifies them with the project by leaving highlighted Topic Notes and Comments. This means they have access to editing topic notes and conversations from the front end of the site without access to the management dashboard nor the reports section.

Analysts can access the Reporting Interface to run reports on site participants, site traffic, comments and ideas. Commonly, analysts are the folks on the Who's Listening page who have access to the reports section only.
